ENTEREST and TeleBilling Announce Strategic Alliance for End-To-End CRM, Billing
and CDR-Processing.
Joint Offering Will Enhance Both Company's Market Reach and Provide Coherent Off-The-Shelf
Solution to Carriers.
Sønderborg, Denmark and Norderstedt, Germany – January 31, 2006 - Telebilling
A/S and ENTEREST GmbH today announced they have signed a strategic alliance agreement
to deliver an integrated solution that combines TeleBilling's billing solution,
naviBilling, with ENTEREST's CDR-Management application, EDR Workbench. The combined
solution will be designed to help telecommunications providers enhance their end-to-end
billing experience, resolve the increasing number of revenue leakage issues and
provide their customers with a seamlessly integrated CRM, billing and CDR-Management
application from the network through to the customer. Under the terms of the agreement,
TeleBilling and ENTEREST will jointly develop, market and sell the pre-integrated
and packaged solution.
"The EDR Workbench CDR-Management application from ENTEREST gives us exactly what's
needed in order to cover the increasing requirements of our customers and prospects
in terms of managing complex CDR-sources and –streams," said Jesper Schack, CEO
of TeleBilling. "The ENTEREST solution proves that CDR handling doesn't have to
be complicated and expensive. It readily adapts to any environment and greatly reduces
implementation times. 100% happy customers speak for themselves. It's what the market
has been waiting for and we are happy to add it to our overall solution."
The solution from TeleBilling and ENTEREST seamlessly integrates key CDR-management-processes
like collection, mediation and pre-processing with financial and CRM processes like
rating, billing and customer care, enabling telecommunications providers to effectively
deal with market challenges and revenue assurance issues. The result is an improved
ability to rapidly introduce new services while reducing the overall cost of operations.
"The wide adoption and bandwidth of TeleBilling's naviBilling solution as well as
their modular and straightforward approach plays well with our own product philosophy,
and made TeleBilling a perfect choice for integrating and delivering a comprehensive
and well packaged solution to the market," said Andrew Tan, CEO of ENTEREST. "We
look forward to collaborating with TeleBilling in a combined effort that allows
us to extend the reach of ENTEREST and TeleBilling within the Telecommunications
industry. Our customers will see an instant ROI and enjoy the benefits of this cooperation."
