Great product, but how do I get it up and running?
With the EDR Workbench product suite you have a choice of how you want to perform
the integration.
Model #1 - Do-it-yourself
EDR Workbench is designed so that anyone owning a license can go ahead and come
up with a turn-key solution.
There are numerous examples of customers who have configured their own
solutions or have taken over after some initial configuration help from ENTEREST
or a partner.
ENTEREST offers training as well as technical account management to get you
kick-started. You decide how much help you want and require. In very little time
your team will be completely self-sufficient for what's ahead.
Model #2 - Do it with ENTEREST
We provide full professional integration services in case you prefer ENTEREST to do the integration for you.
Of couse our staff are experts in what they do, and do understand your requirements and business environment.
We cover the complete delivery lifecylce from requirements specification,
configuration, training, maintenance and ongoing support.
Model #3 - Do it with a partner of choice
EDR Workbench has found numerous reputable fans in the community of system integrators independent software vendors.
You can select from ENTEREST's partner base or use your own partner if you have
one whom you prefer. EDR Workbench is easy to understand, so anyone can get
started quickyl and provide a complete solution in little time.
Model #4 - A combination of the above
All the models can be combined. Some of our customers like us to start and then
take over after the initial implementation. Some even hand subsequent
configuration tasks back to us if they want to concentrate their resources on
other topics for a while.
The integration model is completely up to you. We're happy to discuss other
alternatives if your ideas are different.
