EDR Workbench Suite
The complete suite consists the following components:
- EDR Workbench Interactive: The only application which
enables you to interactively work with XDRs or any other type of usage generated
information. Supports any XDR-format, processing scenario, data source and target
as well as a a myriad of other features.
- EDR Workbench Server: Supports automated processing
of any XDR-processing scenario you have designed with EDR Workbench Interactive.
Transactionally secure, support for extremely large volumes, scalable, high performanace
and generic.
- EDR Workbench Collector: Adds file collection and
distribution capabilities to your environment. Features a wide variety of popular
transmission protocols and logic, is fully automated and easy to deploy.
- EDR Workbench BotPacs: BotPacs represent pre-configured
XDR-processing modules for use within EDR Workbench Interactive and Server. Pick
from a wide variety of functionality like CDR assembly, Duplicate Check and many
others to further shorten configuration time.
EDR Workbench Interactive
EDR Workbench Interactive is the interactive configuration and working environment
for the XDR-professional. It combines a highly sophisticated user-interface with
complete freedom in creating your individual XDR-processing scenario. Create , test
and run any sort XDR-format and XDR-treatment process. EDR Workbench Interactive
can be used interactively or as a launchpad for fully automated processing in conjunction
with EDR Workbench Server.
- Integrated Configuration Environment: Freely configure
any XDR-format based on ASN.1, Binary, XML or complex hierarchical ASCII. Make yourself
independent of any format custom coding. Graphically create any XDR-processing scenario
in a Visio-style configuration environment. Store as many configurations as you
want.
- Interactive running and debugging: Debug and run
your configuration. View and modify any XDR-content interactively. Run your processing
configuration and track the XDR-flow on a step-by-step and XDR-by-XDR basis interactively
and online.
- Operations: Use the integrated operations center
to view processing results from any number of local or remote EDR Workbench Servers.
Start and stop complete servers or individual processing streams. Send individual
controlling commands to any part of a configuration to trigger certain behavior
or retrieve additional processing information.
Each Interactive Edition of EDR Workbench contains a local EDR Workbench Server.
EDR Workbench BotPacs
EDR Workbench BotPacs are pre-assembled EDR Workbench configurations which provide
frequently used functionality to ease-up your configuration job. Select from a number
of pre-made configurations which seamlessly integrate into your individual processing
scenario:
- Generic filtering and routing.
- Sequence check.
- Reject and recycling.
- Duplicate check.
- Call assembly.
- Statistics and aggregation.
- Zoning.
- Rating.
- TD.57 Validation
Each Interactive Edition of EDR Workbench contains a local EDR Workbench Server.
EDR Workbench Server Platform
EDR Workbench Server is the high performance back-end engine for fully automated
processing of Factories configured and tested with EDR Workbench Interactive. A
selection of important features include:
- Fully automated: Full support for 24x7 operations,
from small to very large environments.
- Transactionally secure: Supports full transactional
security.
- Scalable: Scales across CPUs and machines. Get the
most out of your hardware.
- Very high performance: Process hundreds of millions
of XDRs each day.
- Platform independent: Select from a number of Windows,
Unix and Linux platforms (32- and 64-bit).
- User and role based access model: Contains a granular
user and role based security and access model which complies with Sarbanes-Oxley
requirements.
EDR Workbench Server is contained as a local edition with every EDR Workbench Interactive
installation.
EDR Workbench Collector
EDR Workbench Collector is a generic and flexible file collection and distribution
engine which takes care of all your XDR-related file-handling requirements. A selection
of important features include:
- Fully automated: Runs in fully unattended mode, logging
all file-handling jobs.
- Multi-protocol support: Deals with all major protocols
like FTP, SFTP, FTPS, FTAM and others.
- Configuration and operations GUI: All jobs configurable
and observable via comprehensive graphical user interface.
- Platform independent: Select from a number of Windows,
Unix and Linux platforms (32- and 64-bit).
